Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to all Terms of Service listed below.

General

1. I have the right to deny any commission.2. Sketches will be sent for the commissioner to confirm before any coloring or rendering is started. Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for one.3. The time for your commission to be completed can be up to one month, so please be patient and don't rush me. If there are any delays, i will notify the customer.

Payment

1. I will require a 50% payment before I start sketching (please, don't pay until i send you a message accepting your commission). The other 50% will be required when i send you sketch of your commission.2. Payment will always be via Paypal by Artistree.3. No refunds are offered.
HOWEVER, If any reason forces me to cancel the commission, I will refund any money you paid.

Revisions

1. Changes are only allowed during negotiating the first sketch i send to the commissioner. After the sketch is approved there will not be any future changes to the artwork.

Copyright claims

1. These commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. Contact me for info on commercial work.2. I have right to post wips and the final artwork on my social media and portfolio if you don't want your commssion public PLEASE note me.3. You may reupload the artwork, but you must ask for permission and credit me.4. You aren't allowed to removing my signature from the artwork.
